All the decorations are hung, the lights are strung and the carols are being sung. Yes it’s that time of year again! Here at the hotel we are all filled with the festive spirit and are ready to welcome you to ‘Art de Noel’ this December. As always in Restaurant Le Faubourg we have a special menu just for Christmas or ‘Heiligabend’ (holy evening) as it’s called in German. Our chef and his team have curated a unique series of dishes with seasonal favourites and all the decisions made for you. You need only to make a reservation to join us on Sunday 24th December and then turn up! Can you be enticed by Wild Boar, Scallops and Challans Duck? New Year’s Eve Dining in Style 

Why not enjoy your last meal for 2017 in style and join us for a carefully curated 6 course menu at Restaurant Le Faubourg? All good celebrations should come with lobster so there’s some of that and just because Christmas is over, doesn’t mean there can’t still be goose. Halibut with pumpkin and ginger will further indulge your seafood desires. But it’s a special occasion so indulge yourself on Waygu beef with truffles and then to fill the tiny spaces you have left, there’s basically sorbet, plus a golden caramel dome for dessert. Let the Champagne Flow!

Of course it’s not Sylvester without Champagne and in our Lounge Bar Le Faubourg we have only the best to make your celebration truly memorable. Each package includes a delicacy of your choice to enjoy with a bottle of Taittinger Brut Réserve, from one of France’s largest and oldest family run Champagne houses. Enjoy caviar blinis, or the more earthy goose liver with brown bead and accompaniments. Or why not stay classic with simply prawns, sauces and champagne? We also have our very own real life Berliner providing some of the best vibes in Berlin in the bar for Sylvester. Clarice brings more than 15 years on the boards to her set on New Year’s Eve. If you love the classics from blues and funk to soul and film, then Clarice’s blend of music history with today’s pop classics will be your perfect night out. Previously seen at Soho House, Cookies, Berlinale closing parties and Bar Tausend.
